Job Description:
- Installing and configuring user computer systems.
- Responding to users IT support requests.
- Meet users to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Offering solutions that meet the needs of the users.
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
- Maintaining good user relations.
- Tracking and managing work records.
- Compiling job reports
- Liase with CCTV and Access control vendors and ensuring issues are promptly addressed
- Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults
- Maintaining inventories of hardware and software
- Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference
- Ensure all issues are properly logged and closed.

Job Description:
- Manage Ticketing, Retail & F&B Application.
- Analytical mindset should be able to quickly understand requirement, diagnose application issues/ configurations and fix them/ provide work-arounds.
- Should be able to configure systems for promotions and offers.
- Should be able to understand user requirements and address them with appropriate solutions.
- Document Change request with proper approvals from business teams
- Co-Ordinate with Vendors for any change requests and ensure its delivered as per the requirement/ timelines.
- Knowledge of SQL Database and writing queries
- Should be able to generate reports & MIS from the existing applications.
- Advance level of MS Excel is required.
- Ensure proper testing as per the use cases/ test cases in UAT environment before releasing in production.
- Working knowledge of BI Tools, Dashboards and should be able to present data in a meaningful form.
- Liase with IT Service Desk & Infrastructure team for any Hardware/Networking support required to run the applications.
- Knowledge of cloud native apps, mobile apps, websites and its support & maintenance.
- Worked on Integration via API’s between applications and have a fair knowledge on its technical aspects.

Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on compressors, buggies and manlifts.
- Specialized in hydraulics maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Hand on experience of pneumatic compressors (screw type compressor).
- Hands on experience on CNC and milling machine.
Skills
- Troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical faults.
- Able to interpret ride mechanical/electrical drawings.
- Good communication skills.

- Exposure of major rides (high Thrill rides).
